Researcher, index designer and educator in finance, with double academic and professional skills. Founder of NXW — Next Wealth and designer of index families for Vietnam and Asia, from the VNX indexes to the WOMEN CEO series.

Dr Minh combines an academic career in finance — research at Université Paris Dauphine – PSL on market microstructure, liquidity, IPOs and derivatives — with professional work on indexes, data and investor training.
With IFRC — Intelligent Financial Research & Consulting and its partners he created the VNX index family for Vietnam (2012) and the WOMEN CEO indexes (2013), which track companies led by women in Vietnam, then Singapore and the USA. He co-authored the Wiley book Options, Futures and Exotic Derivatives and trained derivatives professionals at the MONEP school in Paris.
He founded NXW to bring professional-grade data, indexes and analytics to investors in Vietnam and Asia, and is affiliated with the Vietnam Institute of Digital Economy Development. He is based in the Greater Paris region.
Index projects
- VNX Indexes (2012 – present) — 208 benchmark, size, sector, strategy and thematic indexes on the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi exchanges, in price and total return, in VND, USD, EUR and JPY, reconstructed since 2008; main indexes VNX 300 and VNX 25.
- Vietnam WOMEN CEO Indexes (2013 – present) — companies managed by a woman CEO; the indexes have outperformed the VNI and HNX references. Extended to WOMEN CEO Singapore and USA series in 2023.
- Global WOMEN CEO (2014) — research on corporate performance and governance: women CEOs and boards, state, foreign and family ownership.
- VNEFRC — Vietnam Economics & Financial Research Center (2013 – present) — a single point of access to data and documentation for research on Vietnam and Asia.
- Vietnam Derivatives Market Initiatives (2014) — preparation of the Vietnamese derivatives market with IFRC, VCREME, HCMC International University and the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
